Steps
- On Create your free account or Log in to Kromadic, enter your email and press Continue with email.
- You should land on Check your inbox. The code is 6 digits and expires in about an hour (the screen shows how long is left).
- Prefer the code on this screen if you started on your phone: the link often opens in a different browser than the app you began in. Paste or type the digits; it submits when all six are in.
- If the email is missing:
- Check spam or promotions (the screen says so).
- On Gmail or Outlook, press Open Gmail or Open Outlook for a filtered inbox.
- Press Send it again (it waits about 60 seconds between sends). Use the newest email; older links and codes stop working.
- Or press use a different email and try another address.
- If a checkbox appears under the field, tick it, then continue or resend. The button may say Checking you're human... first.

I clicked the link and nothing happened.
Try the 6-digit code on the Check your inbox screen instead. Links often open in the wrong browser on a phone.
It says the code didn't work.
Check for a typo, or press Send it again and use the newest email.
Do I need a password?
No. Sign-in is email only: a code or a link.
