Does Kromadic take a cut of my invoices?
No. Kromadic makes your invoice and keeps track of it, and the brand pays you directly. The money never passes through Kromadic, on any plan.
What changes with annual billing?
Solo is $140 a year and Pro is $490 a year, billed upfront. That is twelve months for the price of ten. Kroma’s monthly question allowance stays the same.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Free pauses model-powered Kroma questions when its monthly allowance is used. Solo and Pro answer as many questions again on a smaller model after their allowance, then pause until the next month. Your existing deals, invoices, brands, notes and history stay readable and editable on every plan.
Can I cancel or change plans?
You can manage your plan in Settings. A downgrade or cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. If you delete your account, an annual plan is refunded for the unused time; monthly plans are not refunded. The terms have the details.
