Terms of Service

These are the terms for using Kromadic, the website at kromadic.com and the app at app.kromadic.com. By making an account you agree to them. They are short on purpose.

What Kromadic is

Kromadic is software for keeping track of deals: what you owe, what you are owed, and what is holding what up. Kroma, the assistant inside it, reads your deals and answers questions, drafts documents and proposes changes. It is a tool, not an adviser. Amounts, dates and terms come from what you entered; what Kroma writes is a draft for you to check. Kromadic is not a law firm, an accountant or a bank, and nothing it produces is legal, tax or financial advice.

Your account

• You need to be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live.
• Keep your sign-in to yourself. What is done with your account is done by you.
• One person per account.

Your content

Everything you put into Kromadic (deals, contracts, notes, drafts) is yours. Kromadic has only the permission it needs to store it, show it back to you, and send the facts of it to a model provider to answer your questions, as the privacy page describes. You are responsible for having the right to store what you store, including contracts and contact details of other people.

Plans and money

• Free has the limits shown in Settings › Plan. Solo and Pro are monthly or annual subscriptions at the prices shown there, charged in advance and renewing until cancelled.
• Prices include any sales tax or VAT that applies. Payments are handled by Stripe.
• Cancel any time from Settings; the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then drops to Free. Cancelling on its own is not refunded.
• If you delete your account, a paid plan is cancelled at once. An annual plan is refunded for the unused time, counted in whole days. A monthly plan is not refunded; it just stops.
• A payment that reaches us after your account is deleted (for example a bank transfer that clears a few days later) is refunded in full, and its subscription is cancelled.
• Kromadic takes no fee on invoices. Brands pay you directly; the money never passes through Kromadic.
• Prices may change with notice before your next renewal; you can cancel before it takes effect.

What you agree not to do

• Use Kromadic to store or send anything unlawful, or to harass anyone.
• Try to get into accounts or data that are not yours, or to load the service in a way meant to break it.
• Resell access to Kromadic or Kroma, or use automated tools to drain the model calls behind it.

Availability and changes

Kromadic is offered as it is, and it will change: features will be added, changed and sometimes removed. Reasonable effort goes into keeping it up and keeping your data safe, but no software is available every minute, and you should keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose (Settings › Money › Export). Kromadic is not liable for indirect losses (a missed deal, a late payment, a window you did not see), and its total liability to you is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from Settings › Plan, and everything goes with it. Refunds on deletion follow the plan rules above. Kromadic can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, with notice where the situation allows it.
