Introducing Kroma Agent

Paste an email, drop a contract or type one line. Kroma turns it into a deal and keeps it moving until you're paid.

Kroma Agent, new in Kromadic: a brand email asking for two Reels for $4,500 on net 30, answered by Kroma with a New deal card for Wrenfield Supply and a Create deal button.

Deals don't arrive neatly. They come in as a long email thread, a contract PDF, or one line in a DM. Kroma Agent (just "Kroma" in the app) is the AI built into Kromadic. It turns any of those into a deal you can track, then helps keep it moving until you're paid. It never emails anyone for you. It drafts, and you decide what goes out.

Here's what it does for you in about a minute.

Paste it, drop it, or just say it

Open Kroma and paste a client email, drop in a contract PDF, or type a sentence like you'd text a friend. Kroma reads it and builds a deal card showing who it's with, the amount, the dates, what's still missing and which stage it lands in.

Nothing is saved until you say so. If something's blank, reply with the missing detail and Kroma fills it in. Reply "yes" and the deal is created.

It reads the fine print

When you drop in a contract, Kroma flags the terms that tend to cost people money later:

  • Perpetual usage rights
  • A blank duration or amount field
  • Whitelisting bundled in without a fee
  • Product counted as payment
  • Exclusivity with no end date

It knows what needs you today

Ask "What should I focus on today?", "What's due this week?" or "Who's slow to pay?" and get a straight answer from your own pipeline. Late payments show up under Needs you today with a Chase button. Kroma drafts the follow-up, and you copy it and send it yourself.

It handles the invoice

Type "Invoice" and the client's name to get an invoice PDF, which you send yourself, or just mark the deal as invoiced. Your client pays you directly, with no fee from us.

What that looks like

These are made-up examples:

  • An influencer manager pastes an email from Priya at Wrenfield Supply about two Reels for Juno Park, $4,500, net 30. A month later: "Chase Wrenfield Supply."
  • A sales lead at an agency types "Larchmoor Bakery wants a spring campaign for $12,000 by Nov 20." When the work is done: "Invoice Larchmoor Bakery."
  • A small business owner drops in an $18,000 fit-out contract from Fenmarsh Dental, replies "net 30, due Dec 5" and taps Create deal.

On Pro, it can do a little on its own

Pro includes Auto mode. With Auto on, Kroma moves deals and records invoices as it goes, tells you each time, and gives you Undo. Emails never send from Kroma, and contracts and deletes always wait for you.

Your deals stay yours

Contract PDFs are read in your browser, and the file itself isn't uploaded. The text Kroma reads is saved with the deal. When you ask a question, Kroma sends the question along with the deal details it needs to answer. Your data isn't used to train AI models, and it's never sold. You can export a CSV or delete your account anytime in Settings. The privacy policy has the details.

Try it

Kroma comes with every plan, including Free: 3 contract reads and 40 AI questions a month. Solo is $14 a month and Pro is $49 a month. See the plans.
